Winter Solstice is the shortest day and longest night, we honor this transition from FALL to WINTER together in humble community.
✨ This 45 min special event offers astrological education, holistic wellness practices, and energetic alignment for releasing stagnation, promoting mindfulness, and an exploratory guided meditation to take our attention inward; crystal singing bowls are played to bathe us in the highest frequencies and help us to float into sublime consciousness.
